Sakhele TKMVSM Primary Cooperative Limited is managed by an executive committee. The executive committee was elected democratically and according to cooperative principles at the cooperative's general meeting. The executive committee is comprised of six elected members which are the following: General manger, Administrator, Financial manager, Marketing manager, Produce manager and Engineer maintenance. However, the executive committee has also created the following positions from its members and also through employment of non-members to manage the day to day running of the business: Manager, Supervisor, Bookkeeper and General workers. These positions will be filled in future as the business establishes itself well in the market and stabilize its cash flow.

Sakhele TKMVSM Primary Cooperative Limited is determined to have access to agricultural finance (grant) for production. Through the feasibility analysis of the cooperative, it can be concluded that the business will be competitive and sustainable within the industry. The attached financial projections reflect that the business will be able to sustain itself financially with manageable risks. The entity also reflects profitability in the first year of production. Investing on this cooperative will mean job creation not only for the members but also to the community at large thereby alleviating poverty and promoting local economic growth. Through SEDA department of agriculture and other stakeholders, the beneficiaries will have to undergo intensive training in farm management, financial management, cooperative governance and production methods in poultry farming. It is recommended that this business be assisted with the necessary infrastructure in the form of a business grant to help it to succeed profitably in the industry. Most emerging or start up farmers cannot afford loans and this hinders their ability to grow as it is expensive to develop or start production of farming.
